Return Policy
We offer a 30 day Return Policy for undamaged items. You may return your purchased product within 30 days from the day it was received for a full refund. Please note, if there is any shipping fee, it will not be refunded.
To initiate a return or exchange please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us - our email is support@everrestusa.com with your Order Number&Name of the product, use the email subject "Return". Please note, any returns sent to us without contacting the above email first will not be accepted
2. Use original packaging:
- Returned items must be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returns must include all accessories
3. Ship - once approved, you can ship it in the box
4. Get your refund - thank you for following the above steps, you will get your refund within 7 business days after we receive and check the product
Exchanges - we inspect 100% of the items we sell but if you believe you received a defective item, you may return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
